We appreciate you taking the time to contact JannPaul. In order to provide you with an utmost personalized service, an appointment is required prior to your visit.

Each appointment will take between 1.5 to 2 hours per schedule. Our appointment timings are from Monday to Sunday, 10.30am to 6pm.

During your visit, we will explain the different aspects of a diamond and what makes our Signature diamonds unique from others. We would provide an in-depth educational session on the basic 4Cs, and the use of the HCA tool, Ideal Scope, ASET scope and Hearts & Arrows scope. The session would end of with us showing you our wide range of in-house ring designs and ring customization procedure. This personalized and intimate session would allow us to understand your needs better to recommend a diamond and ring design to suit your preference.
